As an exercise physiologist, Paul is able to deliver his clients a health-driven fitness experience beyond the scope of most personal trainers. His clients range from professional athletes in peak form to patients looking to regain fitness after cardiac events; from 11 to 90+ years old.
Paul's sessions are tailored to the abilities and goals of the individual. He thoroughly evaluates all new clients through functional movement, range of motion, and other performance testing. These measures are re-evaluated monthly to ensure progress.
Paul began his career in 2006 with Fast Edge Sports Performance, where he focused on high-intensity speed and agility coaching for athletes. While at Fast Edge, Paul also tailored exercise programs for clients with challenges such as spinal fusions and Autism. After obtaining his M.S. in Exercise Science, Paul joined ML Strength in Huntington, NY. Working under Dana Cavalea, former Director of Strength & Conditioning for the New York Yankees, Paul oversees a variety of training programs, from individual to team. As ML's Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, Paul employs cutting-edge technology to ensure the best results for his clients.
Paul is committed to the science of fitness. His research on performance impacts of self myofascial relief has been published in the Journal of the American College of Sports Medicine.
